This smart car developed based on ZY UNO R3, equipped with UNO18650 battery expansion board. The expansion board has a charging function, and it can achieve ultrasonic obstacle avoidance function, vehicle following function, three-way infrared tracking function, buzzer alarm, RGB direction lights, Bluetooth control vehicle direction and so on.
It mainly includes four modules:
1. ZY UNO R3 main control module
2. UNO18650 battery expansion board
3. ultrasonic sensor module
4. infrared tracking module and steering gear.
In addition, UNO18650 board integrates battery charging circuit, buzzer circuit, motor drive circuit, Bluetooth module and other circuits, which greatly saves space.Moreover, the interface of UNO18650 expansion board adopts XH2.54 terminal, which is very convenient to use.The smart car adopts a solderless installation design. Use copper posts and screws to fix the structure between the parts.The circuit connection between each module adopts DuPont line connection, which is simple and convenient. The robot car adopts crawler tracks and can still run smoothly in harsh environments. We use a DC geared motor with greater power.

 2. The motor drive module uses a dedicated motor drive chip to drive the DC motor.
 3. The HC-06 wireless module is connected to the module through APP and sends control commands to realize the motion control of the smart car.
 4. Uses the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor module, which uses the ultrasonic distance sensor to measure the distance between the trolley and the obstacle, and change the direction when it is less than the set obstacle avoidance value to realize the obstacle avoidance function.
 5. Acrylic is used as the chassis of the car, which is light and thin, not easy to deform, and strong.
 6. Using caterpillars as wheels, it can make the car easily cross over grass, sandy roads and uneven roads7. The three-way tracking module is used to improve the tracking accuracy of the car
