IRF540 Isolation Power Module Electronic Block 4 Channel MOSFET Switch

The IRF540 Isolation Power Module Electronic Block 4 Channel MOSFET Switch provides up to four sets of electronic switches to control various circuit blocks. MOSFET, known for its excellent switching characteristics, is extensively utilized in circuits such as power supply switching, motor drives, and lighting dimmers. However, due to its operational principles, MOSFETs are primarily suited for controlling DC circuits, such as DC LED screens, and are not suitable for AC circuit control.

In certain scenarios, MOSFETs can be employed to regulate DC circuits with voltages up to 100V and currents up to 33A. Nevertheless, it’s recommended that the controlled DC voltage be at least 9V for optimal performance and reliability.
