Its housing is made from high-quality PA66 (nylon), rated UL94V-0 for flame resistance, while the metal parts are typically brass with tin plating to ensure excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The screws, often M4 steel, offer firm wire retention for wire sizes ranging from AWG 22 to 12 (0.3mm²–4mm²).
