This 12 Pin (12 Wire) Female to Female Connector Flat Ribbon Cable (FRC) Cable consists of 12 conducting wires stuck together in parallel. Flat Ribbon Cable/FRC is also known as multi-wire planar cable because they are the type of cables formed by joining insulated wires in a flat plane forming the Ribbon shape. In other words, Ribbon cable has many conducting wires running parallel to each other on the same flat plane.
