This RJ45 Male to 8 Pin Screw Terminal adaptor is wired in accordance with the EIA/TIA T568B wiring standard for structured cabling.It can connect external network cables and transmit network signals, is better shielding against electromagnetic interference. The RJ45 8P8C to terminal block adapter, can’t use for T568A at one end of the cable and T568B at the other end. Only one standard can be used at the same time. Otherwise, it will become the special wiring method for jumper wires. The T568B crimping method is more commonly used in engineering.
