The Phaeton CZL-611P is a compact single-point load cell designed for weighing applications up to 40 kg. Its aluminium alloy construction makes it lightweight yet sturdy, suitable for installation in compact frames or small platform scales where space and weight are constrained. The sensor’s structure typically uses a full-bridge strain gauge configuration, providing a small millivolt‐level output that can be amplified for digital display or data acquisition.

Mechanically, the load cell is engineered for ease of mounting — for example many similar “CZL” series sensors feature screw-fastened mounting holes and a beam‐type shape.
