The module supports high-level trigger, low-level trigger, switch control, PWM control. The use of imported dual-MOS parallel active output, lower internal resistance, current, power strong, continuous current at room temperature is 10A, 600W, to meet most of the equipment used. Wide voltage input: DC 4V ~ 60V; Easy to control high-power equipment.

Circuit Diagram:


  1. Only one signal can control the module at the same time, and two or more signals cannot be used to control the module at the same time.
  2. High level trigger voltage range: DC3.0V~24V, that is, MOS tube conduction when the signal is 3.0V~24V, lower than 0.6V, that is, 0V~0.6V. MOS tube is turned off, and signal voltage must not be between 0.6V~3.0V.
  3. Low level trigger voltage range: DC 0V~0.6V, that is, when the signal voltage is 0V~0.6V, the MOS tube is on, higher than 3.0V, the MOS tube is off, the signal voltage must not be between 0.6V~3.0V, in that case, MOS is not fully open, high-power MOS will be burned.


The output end can control high-power equipment, motor, bulb, LED belt, DC motor, micro pump, solenoid valve, etc., can input PWM, control motor speed, lamp brightness, etc.
